Bowls Canada The Client: Bowls Canada is the national governing body for bowls, also called lawn bowling. Bowls Canada oversees close to 300 volunteer-led clubs across the country. The Challenge: Bowls is a dynamic, highly social sport but many Canadians perceive it as only for older people. Bowls clubs across the country were gradually shifting that perception—and it was time for the Bowls Canada website to lead the way. The Solution: inmotion gave the new site a distinct personality by creating bright, vibrant homepage illustrations. These convey that bowls is a sport for all Canadians, offering challenge and camaraderie from beginner level to international competition. The Result: To help bowls club managers apply the new brand and positioning, inmotion produced an e-learning course, a video based on the website illustrations, and a radio PSA that invites Canadians to experience the growing, dynamic and inclusive bowls community.
