Mojaloop The Client: Mojaloop Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports deployments of Mojaloop open-source software in developing countries. First implemented in Africa, Mojaloop enables inclusive instant payment systems (IIPS) that bring affordable, connected digital financial services to anyone with access to a mobile phone. The Mojaloop Foundation is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation among other donor organizations. The Challenge: A Mojaloop solution requires participation from multiple organizations, each with different needs and benefiting from Mojaloop in different ways. The Mojaloop Foundation needed messaging that spoke clearly and simply to each organization while also conveying Mojaloop’s societal-level benefits. The Solution: inmotion led two discovery sessions with the Mojaloop Foundation team in which we focused on answering a simple question: What do you want each target organization to THINK, FEEL and DO when they encounter Mojaloop messaging? The Result: The THINK FEEL DO messaging was first applied to a new site to replace the old Mojaloop Foundation website (this site takes a few moments to download from the Internet Archive).
